Growing up as a first-generation American that spent a substantial part of my childhood living overseas, I was often at the intersection of different worlds, cultures, beliefs, and behaviors. I developed a passion for inquiry, astute observation of nuances and their meanings, and an appreciation for what makes people unique yet also fundamentally the same. I also became curious about effective methods to bridge divides and achieve shared understanding. My analytical nature and service-orientation led me to complete a PhD in psychology and then join several premier consulting firms, where I gained applied experience driving individual and organizational change for Fortune 500 companies. I ultimately established my own coaching company in 2013 so I could focus on work that is most aligned with my purpose and passions.
As a coach, I continue to embrace the power of intersections and work with my clients to mindfully attend to the interplay of self, relationships, and context. I’m energized by understanding “what is” and “why,” as well as discovering “what can be” and “how to get there.” I bring my holistic orientation, along with my proven IMPACT coaching methodology, to help my clients achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes.
